- Products must be returned along with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Perishable items (such as opened pouch or used products) are not eligible for return.

Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on your payment mode.
- Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via Bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Custom or promotional items
- Items returned without proper packaging or past the 7-day return window
