Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products must be returned along with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Perishable items (such as opened pouch or used products) are not eligible for return.

 

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

  2. Return Approval:
         Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to our address.

  3. Shipping the Item:
         The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
         Use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with our team.

 

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on your payment mode.
  • Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via Bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Custom or promotional items
  • Items returned without proper packaging or past the 7-day return window
